I would love to come and speak at your gathering; no matter how big or small. Below are a few topics that I often speak on. I am willing to collaborate with you and speak on a topic that meets the specific needs of your group.

Let’s talk about grief….

I had an acute Liver failure at 18 years old and went into a coma. I had a liver transplant within the last hours of my life and woke up with a new life. I didn’t process my grief early on and I suffered emotionally because of it. I love to share about how unprocessed grief comes out sideways and how to walk through grief in your daily life. I like to talk about how important it is to grieve when we experience any type of loss, not just physical death. I strongly believe that God created grief as a pathway to wholeness.

Stand with me.

Mental health is a popular topic today, that hasn’t always been the case in the Christian world. I have struggled with anxiety my whole life. I have prayed, I’ve been prayed for, I have memorized scripture and sought counseling. No matter how hard I have tried, God has not healed me. I am honest about my struggles and have learned several practical tips along the way. I believe that I have a message to share about what I have learned about God, myself and others as I have had to re-define what healing means.

Raising an intense/anxious child.

It started with a dream…Raising an intense child #1

Not only I have I dealt with my own anxiety over the years, I have a child that struggles with the same anxious tendencies that I do. I have had to grieve the child that I believed I deserved. I have learned that 80% of my problems stem from the state of my heart and mind. I believe that I can offer encouragement and insight to parents with kids that have unexpected challenges.

A few months before my transplant, I felt compelled to get back into shape. The doctors have said the reason I recovered and have done so well since is because of my commitment to healthy living. That led to a career in fitness. I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and have worked with hundreds of different people. I believe that in order to fully walk out God’s calling on our life, we need to take care of ourselves. I have a depth of experience in sharing about the spiritual, emotional and practical aspects of wellness.

Unleashing the Holy Spirit, how to bring new life into dead faith.

What is the Holy Spirit anyway?

I have been a Christian my whole life. Lifelong Christians (myself included) can easily treat pillars of faith as historical facts. Over the last several years I have grown in my understanding of the Holy Spirit. The presence and power of the Holy Spirit is what keeps our faith growing and thriving. I have found some spiritual practices that have unleashed more of the Holy Spirit in my life. I have a series of messages that focus on understanding the Holy Spirit’s role in our lives and practical ways to experience more of his power and presence.
